How'd Indy prevent his 'lady friends' from getting razor burn?

My stubble grows PDQ and I'm always gettin' read the riot act from my girlfriend about her gettin' razor burn. Life is full of tough choices. Do I shave and not look as cool as I do with the shadow or do I keep the stub and not kiss my girlfriend?
Anyone else have this problem?
