I ordered a jacket around the same time you did, and got immediate confirmation of my order. One thing you could try is to check the security settings on your computer...maybe Wested's site doesn't meet the requirements of your computer (any help here, techies???). Barring that, give them a ring and re-order. Figure it out now though so you can get your jacket before autumn!
