It is quite fair and accurate. I just sent my new Civil A2 chrome goat back to have remade as a 40R instead of my usual 42T. I also had a horsehide historical A2 from FS that I bought on clearance and sent back (it didn't fit, too bad). The review is consistent with what I have seen from FS. Now, if I could just get FS to put those zip facings on the Expedition for a reasonable price!
