Good ol' Gerardo got sued for selling Star Wars props right? Aren't there some IndyFans doing the same thing, like Indy Magnolia and Ebert? We already discussed that Lucasfilm can't copyright fedoras and jackets of the past, but the props have lawsuit written all over them. This looks like a case for Mr. Christopher Daniels...
