Well, I have the exact same whip and used it since I got it about 2 months ago and have used it every weekend in Central Park since then. It got real loose real quick, especially since I primed it with some Pecards. Of course, I get the occasional "Hey Indy" In the park, it's New York, but when I do a horizontal crack that you can hear across the park, that shuts em up real good.

They're not meant to be wall-hangers, as someone said. Use em, or they're destined to be stiff. And never use it on gravel or concrete - it will wreak the hide.
