To change the fonts in which the messages appear on your browser you
can go to Edit | Preferences | Fonts and there decide what font to use.

For the Indy font,
I had the same question and Mark directed me to
http://www.indy3d.net/misc.shtml
where you can downloades this and other neat staff free.

: The font for the post titles I assume is Helvetica, which to me is pretty boring. Is there a way for me to change it so it appears as a different font on just my computer? I mean, what can I do on my computer to have it changed? I don't mean reconfigure the whole darn thing because some kid has an itch he wants to scratch. How about the Indy font, of which I've heard of before, but don't quite know what it is? Thanks.
