Latest Temple of Doom Print on Video

Watched Temple of Doom again last night for the first time since buying the boxed set.

Is it my imagination or does Mola Ram's global takeover speech get cut short. I can't remember the full dialogue but he basically talks about how the various religions of the world will fall and concludes with -- what sounds like -- "Soon Kali Ma" and there is a sharp cut to Indy. Shouldn't the line be "Soon Kali Ma will rule the world!" or is my surround sound system not set up correctly, and the end of the line was drowned by ambient sound?

On a general observation, the editing in Temple of Doom seems to me very poor on many occasions, and not just because of the cuts required to get the PG-13 rating.
