Since you are not fully grown at the age of 13, I don't think you should
order a Wested Jacket just yet.

Growth stops at around age 21, so if you buy a jacket at that age,
you can be certain that you will be able to enjoy it for years to
come (unless you get so fat that the jacket doesn't fit anymore).
