Star Wars Insider # 55 IJ fan costume photo

Just received #55 of the Star Wars insider in it on page #90 a fan Dale Dassel of Warner Robins, CA sent in a picture of himself in Iny gear...great photo. The gear kick a... anyway just curious about his fedora...PB or Herbert Johnson; anyone know him or are you out there Dale listening..We want to know the answers.
