: Has anyone noticed that in the sceen after the truck chase where Deitrich is throwing the mellon at the dog that Ronald Lacey is not in the shot? In fact, it looks as if no one is in the front seat at all but a dummy! When the car is stopped there is no movement at all from the from passenger seat. Maybe the reason Spielberg had Deitrich throw the mellon in the first place was to direct the viewers attention in another direction. Even the way the car stops in front of the camera indicates that Spielberg wanted to block him out. When the car speeds away, you can barely make out who is in the front, but it sure doesn't look like Toht. Anyone else spotted this?
