Hey gang:

So, today I e-mail Peter and ask him is it's too late to get the new zipper on my jacket. He wrote to me VERY PROMPTLY that the jacket was scheduled to go out tomorrow, but he will change the zipper for me first...what a great guy.

Methinks Wested is getting better and better...
