I never let anybody use my DM whip. When a novice picks up a whip for the first time they use muscle instead of their head to try and crack it and end up smacking it on the ground with all their might. No way.

Now when you say you can do a basic forward crack are you refering to a circus crack (swing up and then reverse it) or an actual forward over hand crack (lay out whip behind you and throw it forward.)?
