I've been doing custom Indy stuff for a long time, as well. In case you haven't noticed Lucas doesn't give a rat's ass about Indiana Jones. I've seen Star Wars customizers shut down left and right and even a couple of G.I. Joe guys for using Hasbro's logos. But I've never seen an Indy customizer shut down. The McCoy figure was an unlicensed product. If Lucas had a bitch with anyone, it would have been them. And the overseas issue has not a damn thing to do with it; copyright/TM law is international. Remember, the SW guy was is from Canada.
