Michaelson, Motorcycles, and Lotion?

Anyhow, Michaelson, how long have you been using the Pecards Motorcycle Leather Lotion on your jacket? I was a little weary since it states not to use it on suede. I know the jackets aren't suede, but I was curious why they warn against this. And also, do you use just the bottle of the leather lotion or the spray lotion they also offer?

PS- Does the Lexol protect from the elements as well, besides cleaning the leather, or is it just this Motorcycle Lotion that you think does it (that is, what's available domestically)?
