Noel Howard bag/strap combo

Is the NH bag an original WWII bag or a reproduction. I had noticed that on www.indygear.com's website that there was a bag and strap in used condition($40) you can buy as well as in new one ($60).

Also, does anyone know Noel Howard's MBA Costume website?
