Here's where Indy got his whip

I'm nearly the same age as Lucas and Speilberg. There was nothing much on T.V. in 1961, and TV waching back then was often restricted to weekends for kids. This was a must see show for kids like me. There was only ABC NBC and CBS and no cable. I'm pretty sure these guys waited anxiously, week after week to see this show. As I remember, that was the gimick- this cowboy used a whip instead of a gun. Didn't carry a gun while the bad guys did, so he had to whip 'em every show.
