If you're looking for a good, tough "Indyesque" shirt and are willing to pay just a bit more, check out the shirts made by Filson. They don't have epaulets, but they do have big, pleated pockets with flaps, a roomy fit, come in a couple of colors and, best of all, are available in a variety of cloth weights. I recently bought a long sleeved shirt in "Feather cloth", which is their lightest weight 3 oz. 100% cotton (similar in weight to a handkerchief), and I am very impressed. I put it to the test, so to speak, by wearing it as often as possible and machine washing it a lot. After two vacation trips this summer and a lot of nights working on the railroad in the hot, muggy New Orleans climate, it still looks and fits great. Their web site is www.filson.com . . . Tom
