Just wet the leather sweatband well, and place hat on top of a lampshade with the light on. Check often until it shrinks to fit. It works!(nm)

: I saw at hatsdirect.com, a foam band that goes inside the hat liner (leather headband). You could probably get one from them or any other dealer that does hats (as hatsdirect is in Australia). hope this helps.
