Hey ITG:

Avoid that bloody thing at all costs - you may as well just hang a piece of rope off of your belt! I've had somewhat limited experience with whips of that type and they never hold up as either props or actual whips...honestly, from time to time there are great looking Indiana Jones-type (yes, they actually look like them, not cheap black ones with red crackers) on E-bay, pretty inexpensive. I'd wait if I were you.

Sorry for being so "animated" but I'd hate to see anyone burdoned with a piece of garbage like that!
