Anyone ever notice this in LC?

There is a scene in LC that gets me laughing all the time, and I
was wondering if anyone ever noticed this, While the
earthquake is taking everyone down in the Grail temple, Elsa
jumps off the top level and lands and falls on the bottom level, if
you watch very carefully, you can see that 4 rocks fall down, and
they flip in the air, one of those 4 hit Alison Doody (Elsa) right in
the face. I laugh everytime I see that scene, and was wondering
if anyone ever noticed this. If not, now you have a good excuse for
your wife, to tell her why you must watch that dang Indy movie
