I noticed that the first time I watched the movie- and I think everyone is supposed to notice, so long as you are looking at the screen. After Indy is up and dressed, and ready to go check out why the ship has stopped, Marion gives a sly little smile as she reaches back and grabs the nightgown she was wearing when she got into bed. I think it doesn't take any Sherlock to assume that they was knockin boots inbetween the scenes.
