LucasArts doesn't release beta games. They have a big QA team to test the games. They find all the bugs and stuff.
Do you mean that they're going to release the game demo?

The game can already be pre-ordered in various places (eg. LucasArts).
This time I'm not going to pre-order it from LucasArts.
I recently ordered Star Wars: Behind the Magic and Grim Fandango from them. Sure you get a bunch of cool stuff but the games cost $10 less at Best Buy. That's we're I'm gonna buy it.
