Re-Shaping a Disney Indy Hat!

Hi Guys,

I need some help here, I just got my indy hat today, its an Disney Indiana Jones hat Crushable and Scotchgarded. I think its a 556 style.

Ok It looks OK, but not great, the top of the hat looks fine, but the rim on the hat needs some work on it. How can i reshape the hat. It was only a $30 Hat, but hey before i pump out big money for a real hat, have to see how much i will wear the hat first :-)

Its says its %100 wool felt, Can i do anything this this felt?
