: Ok, I've got some majorly major questions that need to be answered if I'm going to survive at this forum.
: 1.What is check 6?
: 2. 8048, Mithandar
: 3. How come when I post a message it doesn't turn up the screen right away when I go back to the Forum?
: Ok that's it. If any of you could answer these I would be very grateful.
I've already answered your first question (which has been asked by different people), but here goes again. "Check six" is an aviation term that means "Watch your butt" or "Take care of yourself," to be more polite. I mean the "Take careful" definition. "Six" is the area directly behind the pilot. In LC< when Indy ticks off "12, 11, 10...", those are the numbers on a clock. "12" is in front, "9" is to the left, "6" is behind and so on. In response to your second question, I already posted the answer somewhere above these posts, but the post is irrelevant now.
Sorry I took so long to answer these.
