As I see it, Georgiana is just fine for George. He's used this name for a fairly long time (over a year, right?). We know he's a guy (Just observe his manly temper), and, if I'm not completely mistaken, the female name is Georgina not Georgiana.
GI Jones is not bad, but what if people keep asking George if his wife is Barbie Jones? Or even worse, Barnaby Jones? ;)

: Sorry man, Georgiana is a girl's name no matter how you slice it. The InGy thing was bound to cause troubles. If you sound out GY, what does it sound like? But GI Jones makes a nice crossover between GI Joe, classic name for a soldier, not to mention a respected action figure, and Indiana Jones.
