Mikal, I do not believe that is affiliated any way with the NIM movement. The NIM movement is mostly Moderate to left-wing, not facist. Perhaps it is another boardhost board you speak of.

: I've been following this nasty business about the rude postings and such... and while I understand the request to use your e-mail address, I have recently decided to not do that. Here's why:

: A. I started getting e-mail from someone claiming to be Micah that had links to a NIM board with very strong Nazi leanings. I don't want freaks like that to have my address.

: B. My inbox recently became clogged with e-mail for various websites, mostly porno of the "Teen beastiality" type. I don't want those freaks to have my address, either.

: C. When talking to my ISP about how to stop these things, they specifically said, "Don't use your e-mail address on forums. 90% of these unwanted e-mails are from people who scan forums looking for addresses."

: Now, I read this forum daily. Occassionally I post. On rare occassions, I get replies. If the main result of messages I leave on this forum is that I get spam, I'll not use my e-mail address. It has nothing to do with "being a man" and everything to do with not wading through garbage in my e-mail.
