Two things about including your e-mail address...

I almost never include my e-mail address for two reasons:

1. As has been said, some people (and even bots) search for other's e-
mail addresses for the purpose of targeting them later with
advertising, spam, etc.
You should see my hotmail account. It's a mess. I don't even want to
check it...

2. Anyone with half a brain can figure out my regular e-mail address
from my website's URL.
