As I said before, if you're doin' an obvious spoof then alot of liberties can be taken but after reading the synopsis of the movie I think it's gonna be done in the Style of Indy. Much like The Mummy and Tomb Raider. They said it's like a hip hop version of ROTLA. Not a spoof. Passenger 57 is described as Die Hard on a plane. Scary Movie, that's a spoof.
I think Disney will keep it called Indiana Jackson as long as they can, so they can get all the publicity, but I'm sure Lucas is gonna step in and the name will be changed. By that time, there will enough hype of it being the Black Indiana Jones. Same as Lara Croft being the Chick Indiana Jones.
