Admitting mistakes is one thing. Selling the shoes at his cost is ridiculous! The shop owner still has to spend time and money to stock the shoes, pay his clerks. I do not think the previous poster has a fair attitude. I would ask the shop to COMPROMISE and lower the price somewhat.
