If they wouldn't give you the shoes at the original price quoted, then that IS bad customer service. The person above needs to realize that!! They make a mistake and now all of the sudden its MY FAULT? NO. NO. NO. So they let one pair out the door at a lower cost because of an ERROR and then they will correct themselves from that point on. They MISLED you and they need to accept the loss.
