Ordering Wested Jackets - Suggestion

In the interest of saving heartburn, the best way to do your transaction is to order the jacket off their website. THEN, follow up with a phone call during their business day. Someone always answers (Jerry or Peter). They are EXTREMELY COURTEOUS, HELPFUL. Make sure to review your specifications and get the order number for tracking. I've made about 4 phone calls from San Diego (9 hours time difference). I usually call the first thing when I get into my office, around 8:00 am PST. That would make it 5:00pm UK time.

I have feeling that they are getting swamped with orders. So I think it's proper to follow up with your order (from the web)and make sure your specs are being shepharded through the manufacturing process. I can't stress enough how helpful these people are at Wested.

BTW, my order took precisely 3 weeks to manufacture (ordered July 19th). They are sending the jacket tomorrow. Now it's up to the shipping courier and US customs to deliver.
