I've been using ICQ for more than 1 and a half years now...
Back when I started playin' Outlaws it was the greatest program ever made... Now days... it's not so cool anymore. I surprised to see how often it messes up the msgs sent. When you send a msg to someone offline, either the person won't get it... or he/she gets it 5 hours after you've sent it.
It also messes up chats all the time. When you're chatting the chat just closes and both parties think that the other one closed the chat...
I wish they'd get their service together again...
other than that.... a great program... get it today at mirabilis.com :)
