Hmmm for males I would pick; Harrison Ford, Jack Nicholson, Dustin Hoffman, Michael J. Fox, Tom Hanks, Al Pacino are my all time favorites.
For actors who don't fit into any certain category; George Clooney, Mel Gibson, Billy Crystal, Michael Douglas, Charles Sheen, Clint Eastwood, Brendan Fraser, Bill Murray, Dan Ackroyd, Harold Ramis, Michael Keaton, Alec Baldwin, Antonio Banderas, Robin Williams, Tommy Lee Jones Christopher Lloyd.
For the "old guys": Humphry Bogart, Fred Astaire, James Stewart, Charleton Heston, Sean Connery, Michael Caine, Richard Dreyfuss, Burt Reynolds.
Jude Law and Will Smith are the only young actors I like...

Females; Catherine Zeta Jones, Julia Roberts, Sandy Bullock, are my all time favorites.
No category; Teri Hatcher, Famke Jannsen, Rachel Wiesz, Kate Beckinsale, Helen Hunt, Jodie Foster.
Oldies; Rita Hayworth!
Young broads... Denise Richards, Elizabeth Hurley, Salma Hayek.
