Unfortunately things are not going well, and replacement RAM, motherboard, and power supply are on the way. It should be no more than 1-3 hours. Thanks again for your patience.

Our technician is currently replacing the motherboard and making sure everything is up to par so he can put the machine back online. Thanks for your patience...we are working to be sure something of this sort cannot happen in the future.

The problem has been traced to a faulty motherboard in our main server. A technician is on his way with a new motherboard and everything should be back up in less than an hour... Check back here as the details unfold...
