I told them the other day I will call them every day, every hour on the hour until they settle this. They still try to blame Wested for not packing it correctly. I'm sure Wested didn't pack it thinking that the post office would put the package in a puddle of water!!
Trying to keep my cool, but the PO is not gonna make my Christmas card list this year.
