What makes Noel Howard's gunbelt so unique from retail belts is it's width and thickness. Not only does the AE belt have the same elements of the NH gunbelt, it also is very wide. The AE nickel buckle is a little more squared and the leather is a bit more flimsy than Noel's, but it's less than half the cost. I own a NH belt and I have to say that it's a rugged, tough and high quality piece of leather. I just wanted to make the AE suggestion to those who will probably never spend $50 to $60 for Noel's. I suggest going about two or three sizes larger on the AE belt.
