Before Noel Howard came along, the LL Bean pants were pretty much the ONLY "accurate" source available for the pants...I'd bought two pairs before Noel started making his repros, and they suited me just fine. They had an Indy-esque look to be sure, and the material was a little more comfortable than wool...
