Yeah Selleck's hat looked pretty damn good, and it looked quite natural on his head. The jacket was pathetic, though. And his shoes had treads on the bottom, so I don't think they were Aldens. But other than that, the outfit looked fairly accurate. Lots of in jokes for the avid 'Raiders' fan too, jokes that casual fans would miss.
