I wasn't talking about recipes. I was talking about using anything beyond basic ingredients. Taking a can of soup, throwing it over pasta, the topping it with grated cheese is not really cooking. It can still be called designer food...

As for the jacket, sure it's "designed". Whenever anyone plans on putting something together it's "designed", no matter if the single elements have existed before (I'm not saying that's necessarily a rip-off).
