The poster's name and registered IP address don't match. This post is probably the work of an impersonator, take it with a grain of salt:

: I just took a look at the Pecards webpage, and they are now offering a new leather creme that has all the same properties of the classic Pecards dressing, but in creme form. It's supposed to soften stiff leather MUCH faster than the classic dressing, and is more easily soaked into the fibers. Maybe this is the do-all product we've been looking for to date...one that will work just as well on lambskin, but also help loosen that new stiff goatskin and cowhide, all out of the same can? Something to consider. Regards. Michaelson

In conversation with Pecard's this morning, the creme is just the ticket for loosening up the stiffer new leathers, such as the new goat skin or horsehide, BUT not to use exclusively over a long period of time. Once the leather loosens up, THEN start using either the lotion or standard dressing from that point on. Though not a "do-all", it can be yet another weapon in our arsonel. Regards. Michaelson
