It's Indiana Jones' Greatest Adventures, and to be honest, I think it's a frustratingly poor game. Nice graphics for the time, but it doesn't have the feel of an Indy adventure, nor does it have the feel of a fun game. It's very difficult, and makes you just sit and wonder "why?"

If you really need it, try looking for previously played video games at K-mart or other stores. It should be cheap (and is how I got mine.)
