Help!!!!!! I'm trying to call Wested...but no success

I tried calling Wested's # given on the Homepage from the US. I was using a prepaid calling card and it said the # is invalid. If you could shed some light, I'd appreciate!

Here's what I dialed...

and then I tried again at:
0044-1992-762946
