I am a student of real Grail lore, and immensely enyoyed Indy's 3rd film. Though all evidence points to the sad conclusion that the grail was destroyed by time, and the fact it was made of wood, and the
lords and ladies of the castle where it resided kept taking bites out of
it to effect cures for diseases. There is a spring which is rumored to have run from where the grail was kept, which is oddly red in color,
suggesting the blood of christ, and this spring has been known to give cures to illnesses, oddly enough, it runs from the ruins of a monastery where the grail was said to have resided. Where the Arthurian legend of Joseph D' Arimathie is true or no, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade proved to be a most entertaining film, and in my
humble opinion, the best of the 3. And I know all Indy fans are glad, that The Last Crusade of the Holy Grail, was not the last crusade of our fedora-wearing hero.
