: There was some hubub a while back about the hat Mr Ryan is wearing in the photo of him in the Raiders 20th Anniversary articles in Star Wars Insider.

: The photo is not doctored at all. That's what the hat looks like. It's almost identical to the Akubra Campdraft that can be seen on Indygear.
