I live in Kent and work in Preston (near Issaquah).
He apparently is somewhere in the Renton/Bellevue area.
We met at Crossroads Mall just outside the Wizards of the Coast store.
He came in authentic gear (sans jacket, it wa a hot day)... I think he was a little dissappointed that I was wearing a Superman t-shirt, but he was very nice anyway, and we talked for about an hour.
I got his autograph on my copy of the magazine and gave him a copy of my book.
Look for big things from him! I can't elaborate, but I think we'll hear from him again in print...
