I have both a Wested lamb and goat. The stitching on the goat does seem to be different in most areas (further from the edges) especially on the collar and the cargo pockets. I do believe that this is due to the additional thickness of the goat skin vs. the lamb. I don't have an FS jacket, but I'm assuming that there are similar differences between FS goat and lamb jackets.
