I know it would be small comfort to the families of the dead, but I'm all for considering them casualties of war and issuing... I don't know... Purple Hearts or something!
The site of the towers needs to become a memorial, like the Vietnam Wall... These people and this act need to be remembered forever.
And if the plane in PA turns out to have been ditched by the pilot to stop them... well... I'd like to see Bush give him a posthumous Medal of Valor. The guy is a hero in a way.
