That was a pretty good special about a year ago. I got the book, which was rather pedestrian, but a good general overview of the age of American conquest. Wood also did that special on Alexander the Great, didn't he?
What became of all the armchair intellectuals we used to host around here? Jeez...Looks like I'll have to go back to college to get some intelligent conversation these days!
