I saw that at an international bookstore in the SF Bay Area (I think it was the one on Larkin).
You can find almost all major foreign magazines, newspapers and books at your local international bookstore. Even major chains like Borders and Barnes and Noble have increasingly more foreign magazines and fanzines.

PS: There is always Quebec. They might carry French magazines. ;)
