When "Raiders of the Lost Ark" first came out, a board game based on the film was produced. The box cover art was one of these pictures (the one at the Tanis digs). The cigarette may have been painted over on these boxes. The only other place which I had seen them was the Biography special. I believe you can order it through their website. Good luck with your search and please post if you happen to find any prints.
